Ceremonies
A Medicine Ceremony is when community gathers together to dive into an altered state of being to explore their own subconscious mind, face the root causes of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ailments, refresh themselves, and elevate their consciousness and perspective on life and living.
Plants have been used for thousands of years for profound insights, healing, and personal growth. As it is studied more in recent years, we are remembering what many Indigenous traditions have always known: plant medicines are powerful allies in the pursuit of healing and deeper connection with oneself and the Divine.
It is our absolute priority as a team to create a sacred and safe container that allows participants to dive as deep as they need to. In order to support this, we use tools such as music, sound healing, prayer, meditation, breathwork, movement, Reiki, and intuitive energy work to help you connect to your true essence.
We work in close relationship with:
Sacred Tea and Los Niños allies
Rainbow Jaguar frequency for protection, clarity, and shadow alchemy
Rose Lineage and the elemental kingdoms
Lemurian, Star, and Kordomaine Councils
Emerald, Amethyst, and Gold Orders
Mother Earth and animal allies
What to Expect
In ceremony, we co-create a heart-centered space that allows each participant to go deep into their own healing. While each ceremony has a clear structure, it is guided intuitively, dynamically, and often playfully, to honor what wants to arise in the moment.
Participants may be invited to share music or medicine songs if it aligns with the unfolding of the night. If you would like to share, please let us know in advance and bring your instruments.
Each circle is supported by a team of experienced Guardians who lovingly hold the energetic container and offer hands-on or energetic support throughout the ceremony.
Preparation
Preparation is an essential part of this ceremonial journey. We encourage all new participants to schedule their discovery call and intake process well in advance so there is time to prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This allows us to ensure the container is aligned and that there are no contraindications to your participation.
Once registered, you will receive a private orientation document that includes detailed preparation guidance, suggested dietary practices, and supportive rituals. This document is intended to help you approach your journey with reverence and care.
Please note that each ceremony requires a gentle approach to your body and lifestyle in the days leading up to our time together. Clean eating, quiet reflection, and mindful choices will support your ability to receive the depth of the work.
Integration
Integration is an essential part of ceremonial work. We offer a virtual group integration circle within a week of each ceremony to support your process, as well as an optional 30-minute virtual Reiki session to help your body, mind, and spirit integrate the experience more fully.
Integration is not just about reflection—it is how we embody the insights and healing we receive. This may include setting new boundaries, shifting relationships, starting new practices, or simply honoring yourself more deeply. We are here to walk beside you as these new frequencies take root in your life. Through continued connection and support, we tend to the seeds planted in ceremony so they may blossom in daily life.

You’re welcome to stay overnight at the ceremony space. If you prefer to return home, please check in with the team before departure to ensure you’re fully grounded and ready to transition.

Virpal is a traditional Reiki Master from the Usui lineage and a lifelong seeker on the path of truth. She walks the path of a devotional priestess—bridging ancient wisdom with modern healing, living prayer with community ritual. Rooted in Sikh tradition and devoted to spiritual service, she supports others in reconnecting with their essence and reclaiming their power. Her work uplifts women, healers, people of color, and Indigenous communities through 1:1 sessions, training, women’s circles, sound healings, retreats, and plant medicine ceremonies.
She is particularly devoted to supporting women in connecting with their own divinity, womb power, and voice; supporting other healers; and raising the voices of people of color and Indigenous communities who hold the original instructions of how to care for our beloved Mother Earth.
Her path as a ceremonial guide has been shaped by years of deep study, including:
