Wild Woman Circle: “As I Gather More Years”

  • The Center SF 548 Fillmore Street San Francisco, CA, 94117 United States (map)

Join us as we consider our perspectives about our existence on Planet Earth and our existence beyond.

  • “Like drops of water in the water of the ocean, and like waves in the stream, I merge with the Divine.” - Raag Maaroo - Bhagat Kabeer Ji - Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji - Ang 1103

As a collective, the last two years have been a huge initiation around death. Many of us have received the opportunity, in similar ways, to face our relationship with death. Death has been at the forefront of the collective consciousness and experience. We’ve had this opportunity to experience what our relationship is to the passage to death and the death initiation. Every time someone dies, and as mystics, we have the opportunity to put our nose and toes up against the edge of life on our Beloved Earth and imagine, sense and perceive beyond this.

As I celebrated a significant solar return earlier this year, I have been reflecting on how my theology and understanding of life has changed decade by decade. Each experience in our life teaches us so much. As we all age, our theology and understanding of reality shifts.

Each time we experience the death of someone we care about, there is a portal present to the great beyond and also an opportunity to evolve. How has your perspective changed and where are you at right now with your belief systems?

  • This New Moon, we will gather with other wombyn for guided meditation, journaling, and chakra toning and movement to support you to:

    - Ground and center into your body

    - Reset and rejuvenate

    - Tune into your intuition

    - Connect with the Divine Feminine for higher wisdom

    - Release what no longer serves you

This circle is an inclusive coming together of wombyn from all paths and various spiritual/cultural backgrounds. We gather around ideas of Sisterhood, a respect for Mother Earth and co-creation.

  • A candle (in glass), journal, pen, flowers or sacred objects for the altar and anything that helps you feel cozy.

***Kindly plan to remain for the duration of the circle to honor space being held for all sisters and closing space together. ***
