Rising Lotus Reiki offers all three levels of Reiki training in the Bay Area for those who want to learn to practice Reiki with confidence. We also offer monthly moon circles and other community workshops and events.
Reiki I: Introduction to Reiki

Connect with the universal flow of energy to bring balance and well-being to yourself and others.
In Reiki I you’ll learn:
The basic fundamentals of Reiki — what is it and how does it work?
The history of Reiki
How to do Reiki on yourself and others
Brief introduction to Reiki II and Reiki Master III
You’ll walk away from this training a certified Reiki practitioner, able to practice Reiki on yourself and others with confidence. Our Reiki trainings are in person in the Bay Area, and are 1-2 days depending on class size.
Reiki II: Distance, Mental, and Emotional

Learn to practice Reiki remotely, and incorporate practices to foster mental and emotional well-being.
In Reiki II you’ll learn:
Reiki II symbols
Practices for mental and emotional issues
Practices for distance healing across time and space
How to remove negative energy
How to increase clarity
How to charge chakras
Brief introduction to Reiki III: Master
You will walk away from this training able to practice Reiki remotely with confidence, and amplify your practice with power symbols. Our Reiki trainings are in person in the Bay Area and are 1-2 days, depending on class size. This training requires teacher approval and pre-requisites.
Reiki III: Reiki Master

For those who feel called to deepen their skills, start a professional Reiki practice, or teach others to work with Universal Life Force Energy.
In Reiki III you’ll learn:
Advanced Healing Techniques
The final symbol of spiritual healing
How to attune objects
How to create Reiki water
How to initiate others into Reiki
How to run your own Reiki practice
You will walk away from this training a Reiki Master, able to teach others to work with and balance the energy flowing through all living things. Our Reiki trainings are in person in the Bay Area and are 1-2 days, depending on class size. This training requires teacher approval and pre-requisites.

Reiki Level 1 is great for those looking to learn more about balancing their chakras and have the desire to heal themselves and others, as well as take charge of their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Levels 2 and 3 are for those who are ready to take their healing to the next level and go deeper in connecting with themselves and with the Divine Source of Universal Energy. Reiki Master students (Level 3) will learn the last symbol of spiritual healing, how to attune others to Reiki, as well as how to attune objects and create Reiki water.

Yes, you will be a certified Reiki practitioner after the Level 1 training. There are three levels. At each you’ll learn more skills and your channel of light will grow stronger and clearer. At Level 3, you are a Master and learn to guide others in learning this practice.
